Seil Jeon attended 19th Seminar of RTCM (Rede Temática de Comunicações Móveis) at Caparica Campus of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, on July 4, 2014, and gave a presentation titled "Data Offloading Mechanisms for Smart Mobile User Connectivity", co-authored with Daniel Corujo and Rui L. Aguiar. Devi was also present in the meeting.
