Pedro Gonçalves has won the Best Paper Award for the paper "An IDE for NETCONF management applications" at the LANOMS 2011 conference.
Daniel Corujo and Sérgio Figueiredo were present at the 4th MEDIEVAL General Assembly in Tel Aviv, Israel, hosted by partner LiveU. The meeting ocurred between the 3rd and the 6th of October and allowed for setting the goals for the second half of the project duration.
Sérgio Figueiredo and Daniel Corujo presented two papers in Monami, respectively "Supporting Multimedia Services in the Future Network with Quality-Oriented Routing" and "Key Function Interfacing for the MEDIEVAL Project Video-Enhancing Architecture". João Paulo Barraca attended the PIMRC 2011 conference where he presented two works developed in the group. This year PIMRC took place in the city of Toronto, Canada, and gathered more than 150 researchers. Check out our publications for details about the ideas and results presented.
Today, ATNoG is happy with the conclusion of three Master of Science works. Gonçalo Morais presented his work in "Security in Proximity Environments", developed under the scope of the Multipass project, João Martins discussed "Testbed Management Systems", associated with the Amazing platform, while Bruno Santos presented his work "Localized Mobility Management Protocol Implementation using PMiPv6", the basic work supporting the open source OPMIP implementation of PMIPv6.
